TS2 Micro Ltd has many years experience manufacturing product for Space applications. We support the European space community with product designed, manufactured, tested, screened and qualified in our ISO9001:2000 manufacturing facility in Norwich, England. Our medium term aim is to become the first choice manufacturing facility for space level product in Europe.
The majority of product manufactured is produced is to customer specification and ESA SCC9000, but we also produce product to Military standard requirements when required.
Facilities includes a range of wire bond (primarily Aluminium for Space applications) and die attach facilities, lid seal furnaces and lid welding equipment, screening equipment and extensive electrical test facilities. Capability exists to package die into a full range of ceramic and metal packages.
